Merchandise Return and Exchange Policies

We believe in our product at Ralph Marlin and Company/ralphmarlinstore.com. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase including sales tax for a period of 21 days from invoice. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Should we send the wrong product as placed on your order or it is defective on delivery we will gladly refund your purchase price including sales tax and shipping costs. Any and all refunds will be made upon proper return of product.

All merchandise returned for credit, or exchange must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. When calling for RMA number, please have the following information available: item number, invoice number, and the reason for returning the merchandise. You can contact Ralph Marlin and Company at (800) 922-8437. Any physical damage occurring from use or misuse will void the warranty. No RMA# will be issued without the correct invoice.

All merchandise returned must be shipped freight prepaid, products must be received within 14 days of the RMA issuance date in suitable packaging. RMA number should be clearly marked on the boxes. Failing to do so will result in delaying RMA processing. A copy of invoice as "Proof of Purchase" is absolutely required. Shipping charge for return of product is not refundable. Customer is responsible for returning the RMA merchandise.

All warranties are based on original invoice date. The seller must be notified of any Damaged products within 14 days of the invoice date. There will be 20% restocking fee on all of the refused shipments or returned merchandise unless defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns, exchanges will be given after 21 days from the invoice date. ralphmarlinstore.com STORE warrants to the original purchaser only. RMA's returning to the customer will be shipped by ground free of charge. Other shipping methods can be arranged by paying additional charges.
